I love the word lovely and I think lovely is the appropriate word to describe these muffins. I never bake with figs…what’s wrong with me??

I’m a big fan of figs and those look awesome! Where did you get the fig preserves? My closet isn’t that organized either, even though I’m a pretty organized person. There are better things to do like bake yummy muffins! lol

Mmmm I love figs. Sigh…I procrastinate cleaning my closet by reading cookbooks and cooking magazines. Truly, I am going on two months of what looks like a monster living in my closet.

the Vegan Fig Muffins look to die for! And I would GF them by using almond/oat/coconut flour combo. FIGs rock as does all dried fruit in muffins…little surprises in each bite

So ironic. I am the same way, as in Type A, except for my closet! Nick makes fun of me all the time, but when you open my closet shoes fall all over the place, which is why only I should open it…. I am SUPER organized in every other aspect of my life. We just don’t have enough closet space, that’s my excuse!

These muffins looks amazing. I LOVE figs!
