Easy Bean & Cheese Burrito {Kiddie Lunch}

You know, from now on I should just call these lunches. These kiddie lunches that I create, I eat the same thing. We eat lunch together just about every day, and our meals match. My portions are obviously bigger. But we’re pretty much lunch twins. Funny thing is half the time she wants mine and won’t eat hers because she thinks it tastes better.

This bean & cheese burrito is simple and delicious. I had to be careful not to douse mine in hot sauce because I knew she’d want to eat mine. Here’s how this burrito can be your’s, or your kids. πŸ˜‰

Step 2:

Finished product….

M devoured it. She insisted on eating this with a spoon. When she asked for a spoon I purposely brought her a fork thinking that’s what she meant to say.

But no, she insisted on a spoon. Β Whatever makes her happy πŸ™‚

    I love the lunches. That is funny about the spoon. I guess they just have to make their own decisions!

    I was just going to ask…did she pick it up and eat it like a roll? Well, I guess a spoon works, too.

    I’m such a fan of her compartmentalized plate. I used to have one and it was my favorite! Then I tried to heat it up on the stove. Mom still hasn’t quite forgiven me for that one…

    Love how you cooked the burrito in the oven all rolled up like that! Never would have thought to do that. Def going to have to do some experimenting. Thanks for the cool post πŸ™‚
