		<description>The most important thing I took from this article is making sure that you are changing your overall lifestyle -- after all, you can make immediate changes for an event, but long term lifestyle modication is an adjustment that seems to be a discipline.  What a good point about what some of the &quot;Biggest Loser&quot; contestants and what they face after a year of taking the weight off -- soemtimes they put it back on.  It does show that eating becomes such a habit -- it is more natural sometimes, and it is the discipline that we have to create as a habti in order to eat healthier all the time!
