Welcome to Weekly Bite!

Who Is WB?

Hi There!  I’m Estela.  Thank you for visiting my website!  Weekly Bite is a lifestyle blog focusing on food, life, and mommyhood.

I live my the motto “Eat when you’re hungry & Eat real food”.  You’ll find me sharing many different types of recipes.

This blog is about celebrating food, life, and mommyhood.  You’ll read a lot about life, a little about nutrition, my love for cooking & baking, and figuring out how to be a mom at the same time.

Being a mom of two girls, I knew I wanted to expose them to as many foods as possible.  We eat seasonally, locally, and organic when possible.  In my Kiddie Lunch Box page, I take kid lunches to the next level serving everything from homemade chicken nuggets, to fruit salsa, to homemade nutella cream soda.

I am so excited to be the Official Dietitian for Produce for Kid’s.  Produce for Kid’s is dedicated to educating families on the benefits of healthy eating, providing simple meal solutions and raising money for children’s non-profit organizations. You can learn about Produce For Kid’s here.

Weekly Bite was featured on Health Magazine’s Website as one of the Best of Nutrition Blogs.

My Pumpkin Pie Popsicles were featured on USA Today’s website.

A lovely feature article was written about me balancing blogging and mommyhood from a local online publication.

Want to say hello?  Don’t be shy!  You can email me at contact@weeklybite.com

Thanks again for visiting Weekly Bite!
