Quaker Oatmeal Squares & Visa Gift Card Giveaway!

Behold, M’s precious bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Square’s.

I’ve talked about M’s love of Oatmeal Square’s before. She loves them so much that we now buy the giant industrial size box from our local Costco. She eat’s them with milk for breakfast, and dry for a snack.  You can imagine how excited we were to learn Quaker is coming out with a new flavor of Oatmeal Squares.

Quaker Oats is celebrating Leap Day this month with a Delightful Discoveries campaign that will launch a new flavor of Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Honey Nut Crunch. Leap Day presents an extra day on the calendar this year to try something new. Its the perfect opportunity to try out this new flavor. Along with the other well-known flavors, including Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Golden Maple, the new addition of Honey Nut can add an extra touch of sweetness to your morning cereal.

In honor of Quaker’s new delightful discovery, one lucky reader will win the full product line of Quaker Oatmeal Squares and a $75 Visa gift card to put towards trying something new.  To enter, leave a comment telling me what you would like to discover with an extra day on the calendar this year. Whether it’s a new hobby, a new recipe or some quality time with loved ones.

Readers who visit the Quaker Oatmeal Squares Facebook page and like it will receive a free sample of the new flavor to try for themselves.

This giveaway will be open until March 1st. The winner of the full product line of Quaker Oatmeal Squares and a $75 Visa gift card will be announced on March 2nd.

On chance that little leap year elves didn’t do it, just having an extra day to do get the task done would be perfect.

February 29th will mean one more wonderful day we can spend together since she starts daycare on March 1. I will always cherish the time we had together and look forward to the day she and I can share some quaker oatmeal cookies. Still remember how delicious they were when your mom and I were children and your grandma made them for us. Love you!
