my dinner last night…
California Burrito
Deliciously consists of chunks of carne asada meat, french fries,Β cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, & guacamole.
Umm… Pregnant much???
And yes… I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it π
What did you have for dinner last night?…
oh my gosh… i have had almost that exact burrito when visiting my fam in san diego. BEST THING EVER.
Looks delicious, and you can eat whatever you want since you are pregnant! lucky you. I’m trying to lose the last 5 pounds after giving birth 15 months ago, ha ha, so I had the cherry, basil, whole grain salad from Super Natural Everyday, delicious, but eating this made me need to have a ice cream cone coated in chocolate peanut butter drowned in vanilla ice cream, trying to lose weight and still breastfeeding is nearly impossible.
Yum, I had ice cream!
I heart burritos ! ..and that one looks really, really good.
I had a greek salad w. gyro meat from Chicken Dijon. SO good.
Pregnant or not…that looks perfect! I used to crave cold bean burritos when I was pregnant. That was how I knew I was pregnant before I took a test…every time.
haha true that! pregnant or not, this looks delicious. I fear the day when I’ll be pregnant and my appetite will be more beastly π
HA!
Well, I tried tot-cho’s. Tater tots + cheese + pico served with sour cream. Pretty good, but not as good as I expected!
DROOL! I know what I want for dinner!
That makes my stomach hurt just looking at it. haha…
I had a fruit smoothie. π We had nothing left in the house!
WOW! Where’s the guac hiding?
LOL! I love it!! Last night was Orange Ricotta Pancakes and tonight was Buffalo Wild Wings…salad π With boneless wings on top, π
Looks so yummy!!! I had sushi last night! π
Slow roasted beef with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and baby green beans. I would have preferred those burritos!
Oh wow…that looks amazingly delicious. And even though I’m not pregnant, I totally would do that anyway!!!! Last night, I had spaghetti with a spicy, fresh tomato sauce and chunks of chicken.
you deserve to eat whatever you want! i’m glad you enjoyed it!! π
Your dinner looks fabulous (especially with the french fry addition!). For myself, I would sub something like tempeh for the beef (that’s what I thought it was at first) because I don’t eat meat, but seriously, your dinner is drool-worthy.
(I get a little excited when it comes to talking about food.)
This looks so yummy! I love great burritos!
Estela! Too funny…I was literally just reading your blog as you were leaving me a comment. I couldn’t comment on a few of the posts so went back to check my email…and there you were π So I have never tried fries in a burrito but I imagine it’s pretty tasty. Also, your backyard finds are a foodie/dietitian’s dream! So jealous. Can’t wait to see all the things you do with them!
