COBB SALAD

YUM!!

The entire Weekly Bite family dined on this beauty last night.

Definitely healthier than this 😉

We had homemade dressing on the side:

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

Shake it all up and enjoy with this yummy salad 🙂

do you use piknic to “write” on your pics? I have never used it but would love to hear your tricks! I also have Lightroom too but havent tried it using that either. 🙂

That is beautiful! The dressing sounds amazing! Definitely on my to make list. Also, the enchilada sauce is going to be made in the next few weeks!

Yummmm!!!! I made a cobb salad tonight, slighlty different than yours. We had our daughter look up the origin of the cobb salad… do you know it dates back to the 1930’s and was made of leftovers atop a salad. It is named for the man that invented it, obviously with the last name of Cobb. Cool trivia. Anyway, I’ve never put worcestire sauce in a dressing before, man it gave it a great kick! Thank you for sharing this!!
