Time to recuperate
I’m still so so sick 🙁 Boo. Good news is Mr. Weekly Bite is off all day today! That means he’s on Mr. Mom duty and I can take some time to recuperate! Sweet! I’ll be curled under the blankets in my bed watching some of my favorite Christmas movies. Here’s whats on my list so far…
Love Actually
This movie does it all for me. It makes me laugh, cry, sing, and most important, makes me happy 🙂 Warm & fuzzies all over 🙂
White Christmas
I love this holiday classic!!
Elf
Who doesn’t love this movie!! My favorite scene is when Zoe Deschanel’s character is singing ‘Baby its Cold Outside’ and Will Ferrel joins in 🙂
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
You can’t get any funnier this classic! I have yet to see it this holiday. I’m so excited!
Holiday Inn
This movie holds a special place in my heart. I’ve watched this movie every Christmas with my dad since I was a little girl. Its his favorite Christmas movie. I can’t wait to carry on this tradition with my family 🙂
What’s your favorite holiday movie? I’ll add it my viewing list today 🙂
Oh I LOVE White Christmas 🙂 That’s the one I watched every Christmas with my Daddy 🙂 He still gets goofy and sings the sisters song…
We are kindred spirits. These are all my favorite Christmas movies.
Love Actually tops the list – favorite scene is when the guy shows up at Kiera Knightley’s door and flips signs to tell her how he feels about her. I secretly wish someone would do that for me. 😉
I love White Christmas and Elf!! I haven’t seen the other three.
I also love A Christmas Story, It’s a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th Street, and The Santa Clause.
A Christmas Story!
you already have all of my favorites on here…but The Holiday is fabulous too!
Love Actually never gets old! I hope you start to feel better soon!
Love The Holiday!!
Feel better soon! Love Actually is definitely my favorite (Elf is second, and you have both on your list already!) – I love that exact scene with the sign boards. I wish I was home watching movies too! Happy holidays!
Aw, I hope you feel better SOON! Santa is coming to see that cute baby girl of yours 😉
Add Elf to the list…it’s my Christmas movie of choice!
Hope you feel better Estela!
I love The Holiday and Love, Actually. I can watch them over and over again and never get sick of either.
I hope you are feeling better Estela! I was sick the last 2 days but I am happy to say I am fully recovered today. I hope you bounce back as quickly!
I am sick too! Today I have been watching a marathon of Law & Order SVU. But we have been watching lots of Christmas movies. Elf and Christmas Vacation is top of the list. But a really good one is This Christmas. I think it’s a Tyler Perry movie. It’s a Wonderful Life gets me everytime. And a Very Brady Christmas is so cheesy you have to LOVE it! Get better soon!
I have actually never seen Love, Actually! I know, I know! I need to get on it. I also really enjoyed The Holiday as well, so that’s definitely a good one. And of course, Christmas Story. And anything from the 1950s and before with a holiday spirit gets me every time.
🙁 A sick mommy is no good. You don’t really feel like you catch a break. Hope you get to 100% fast!
Awww, I love Love Actually! 🙂 Hope you feel better soon!
I’m with you on all of them except Elf…I’ve never seen it! LOL
Love, Actually and White Christmas are my favorites. And I always make time for the old, clay-mation style Rudolph, Frosty, etc TV specials 😉
Feel better soon!
