Cranberry Pie {Recipe Repeat}
Hello friends.
I hope you’re enjoying Thanksgiving week. I have family in town that I don’t get to see very often so I am cherishing every moment.
Before we go off to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday I wanted to leave you with one of my new favorite pies. I made this for the first time last year and loved it.
This pie is for all the cranberry lovers out there.
This pie is the perfect combination of creamy and tart.
This pie is perfect for all those leftover cranberries you have.
This pie is quickly becoming a new tradition in our house. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving from the Weekly Bite family 🙂

- 1 egg white
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Pour cranberries into pie crust

Cover cranberries with remaining 1/3 cup sugar. then pour cream mixtures on top. baking pie for 10 minutes then low temp to 350 and bake about 40 more minutes. Let pie cool before serving.
I have a bag of cranberries (extra) that I bought….this looks like a great idea for them! And EASY!! 🙂
My Mom makes cranberry bars like this, they are always a huge hit!
Easy and pretty! I like it.
Sounds simple and delicious! Plus cranberries just LOOK festive.
Adding this to my holiday pie-making. Thank you.
