Mixed Berry Dark Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Rollups

mixberrydarkchocolateyogurt rollups

When it comes to on-the-go nutritious snacks for kids, my children love it when I make these frozen yogurt rollups. They are tasty, packed full of nutrition and are easy to eat because they are frozen.

All you need is a small whole wheat tortilla, spray it with a little nonstick cooking spray, sprinkle a little brown sugar and cinnamon on top, then flip the tortilla and fill will low-fat vanilla yogurt and a mix of your favorite frozen fruits and a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips. Roll them up tightly then freeze for a few hours.

Is the frozen tortilla strange? Do you think it would work to do a whole wheat crepe? I’ve never frozen a crepe before

The frozen tortilla isn’t strange. I’ve never done a frozen crepe either. The tortilla worked great. If it’s too hard, you can thaw it in the microwave for 15 seconds and it will still be frozen enough for the kids to eat and not make a huge mess.
