Kiddie Snack: Cantaloupe Smoothie

If you’re anything like us, you’ve been going through massive quantities of melon. The weather has been so hot lately, and the sweet, thirst quenching effects of melon has been a welcoming & refreshing snack.

My little smoothie drinker is always looking for new drinking creations. This smoothie only has two ingredients: Yogurt & Cantaloupe.

After long drink from her crazy straw the only reaction M had was mmmmmmmm!

Cantaloupe Smoothie:

  • 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cantaloupe

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or save in the fridge for a later snack 🙂

    Max and I eat the heck out of cantaloup, while Jay and I enjoy watermelon like crazy. As you can see, I’m an equal opportunity melon lover here. This sounds so delicious and refreshing!
