Valentine Pin Wheels

Since M started preschool, we have been having fun coming up all sorts of ideas for Valentine cards. Last year we made bookmarks, this year, Valentine Pin Wheels.

I wish I could say I was creative enough to have come up with this idea on my own, but I purchased this entire kit from Paper Source. It came with the pin wheel paper, the pixy stix, the fasteners and jewels, and the pink hearts with the sticker on the back to say who the Valentine was from.

If you want to make these on your own, here’s a great tutorial on how to make the pin wheels. All you would need is the pixy stix, construction paper hearts, fasteners, and stickers.

M’s favorite part was bedazzling the pin wheels with the hot pink jewel 🙂

She can’t wait to pass these out to all her friends this Thursday! Is there a special Valentine craft you are planning on doing? Would love to hear 🙂

P.S. The winner of the Brookside Chocolate Giveaway is Amelia!!! Congratulations! Lookout for an email from me 🙂

M is so cute…she gets more adorable by the day. 🙂 I still remember when you posted the very first picture of her on the blog.

Yay! I can’t wait to give the chocolates to my director. 🙂 Thank you.
